SMALL PRINT
- Ski passes can be ordered directly at reception
- You can find out the cut-off dates for children and teenagers at reception
- The ski passes and day tickets are not transferable!
- The validity of the ski pass begins on the day of validity.
- Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost ski passes. We also cannot grant refunds or extensions for bad weather, wind/storms, avalanche danger, unforeseen departures, interruptions to operations, closures or closures ordered by the authorities, closures of runs, etc.
- Subsequent exchange for another ski pass, transfer to another person, extension or postponement of the validity period is not possible.
- We reserve the right to suspend the operation of some lifts during or at the end of the season due to snow conditions or to suspend the operation of the ski bus service at the end of the season.
- In the event of a skiing accident or illness, ski passes can only be handed in at the cable car. As a gesture of goodwill, the cable car will grant you a refund from the last day of use. For this you must present a medical certificate at the cable car. Otherwise the ski passes must be returned to the cable car.
