We are happy to provide you with the following special baby & toddler equipment on request (subject to availability): socket fuse, kettle, bottle warmer, baby bathtub. | Baby food can be warmed up in our guest kitchen on the 1st floor.
Please note: Due to intolerances and special needs, which unfortunately also affect babies / toddlers nowadays, we do not provide food for babies / toddlers. A microwave is available throughout the day in the buffet area of the restaurant, e.g. for warming milk for babies. For breakfast, milk is of course available for babies / toddlers at the breakfast buffet.

We ask you to check this carefully. If the invoice is correct, you can pay conveniently from your room by credit card or EC card by clicking on the online payment button. The paid invoice will then be sent to you again. Consumptions (drinks, massages, etc.) that take place afterwards can be paid for directly (cash, EC or credit card) or on the check-out day at reception.

CHAPEL

The Kröll-Schnell family built and erected the "Sacred Heart Chapel" in 2014.
It is located approx. 100 m above the hotel area, up the slope. The chapel was built according to the ideas of Susanne & Hannes and realized with the help of many friends. It is also the final resting place of the senior manager, lift pioneer and village co-founder, Fritz Kröll.

Water play park: cooling off and lots of action in our water play park. Pure nature with natural stones from the surrounding streams and rivers, untreated roots and trees make children's hearts beat faster. A small stream with a spring and wooden channels to guide the water back and forth will keep young and old alike busy.
Directly at the Bärencamp and at the Susi Alm terrace, so that parents can also enjoy their time out on vacation. The area in front of our GIANT BEAR "Fritz" is also beautifully planted and a popular photo point.

 

CHILDREN'S PROGRAM

Play, fun & action for children from 6 months in the children's club, the "Bären Camp" (from 1 year in the main seasons such as New Year's Eve, Carnival | Crocus vacations, July & August, etc.). 
Loving childcare daily from Sunday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm in winter | from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm in summer with children's lunch and drinks included as part of childcare. A babysitting service can be booked outside of childcare hours on request and for a fee. During the main holiday periods in summer, evening childcare is available for younger guests (subject to availability).

In Königsleiten during the winter season:

• "Bürgermeisterwiese" | directly opposite the hotel.
• "Märchenwald" | approx. 10 minutes' walk from the hotel or easily accessible by village bus. The Unterwurzacher ski school's practice area is also located there.

The alternative to skiing in winter: With the E-FATBikes, which are equipped with approx. 10 cm wide "patches" and spikes, you are perfectly equipped for biking in the snow. You don't sink in and explore the winter wonderland on two wheels. This feeling is simply gigantic. Rating: highly recommended! You can hire these E-FAT bikes from the "Sports & More Unterwurzacher" sports store, directly opposite the hotel. Guided E-FATBike tours are also offered in winter.

the KAISERIN of après-ski bars. This is where the history of après-ski in the Zillertal Arena begins: the former "Schirmbar" has been the cradle of après-ski in Königsleiten since the early nineties. At the turn of the millennium, Susanne and Hannes Kröll-Schnell ushered in a new era of après-ski on the Gerlos Pass with music and DJs. After many successful years of afternoon parties, the decision was made to replace the umbrella bar with a larger permanent building. Today, the Hannes'Alm and the Bergliebe Club are located in this special place - surrounded by the backdrop of our impressive mountain world.

PARKING

Free outdoor parking spaces are only available to a limited extent in the vicinity of the hotel. We recommend a weather-protected underground parking space in the adjacent valley station building of the Dorfbahn Königsleiten | 2nd entrance with roller shutter (garage entrance height 2m) to protect your car from hail in summer and from passing snow plows and other vehicles in winter.

You can find out the conditions for our garage parking lot at reception. If you have opted for a weather-protected underground parking space, we will book your access to the underground garage on your room wristband or room card.

We kindly ask you to pay the room bill in cash or with an ATM card. Payment by credit card (VISA and MASTER) is also possible. To avoid long waiting times, we kindly ask you to pay your bill during your vacation or the day before your departure. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We ask you to refrain from smoking in the rooms (a fee of at least € 50 will be charged for non-compliance). You will find ashtrays on the balcony, where you are welcome to smoke.

SAUNAS & STEAM BATHS

Herbal sauna & old wood sauna for "healthy sweating" as well as herbal and brine steam bath in the Alpenwelt FelsenSPA. (The Alpenwelt FelsenSPA is a nude area and therefore only accessible to adults and children aged 15 and over. Thank you for your understanding).

Sauna towels: You will find cozy sauna towels (on loan) in your wellness loan bag in your room or suite.

The traditional Upper Pinzgau restaurant Schönmoosalm was taken over by MY ALPENWELT Resort in December 2019 and reopened on May 15, 2020 with classic Austrian restaurant service.  Whether traditional delicacies or true culinary highlights such as roast pork, cranberry dumplings, original Swiss raclette, fondue and much more, the SCHÖNMOOS ALM offers a rustic ambience with a large sun terrace, great views and a children's playground.

SKI & BIKE CELLAR

You will find the ski & bike cellar in the basement. It can be reached through the hotel and from outside via the entrance below the large sun terrace. Ski locks for securely locking your skis or snowboards during your stay are available from reception (deposit required).

 

SKIPASS

You can easily and conveniently purchase your ski passes for unlimited skiing fun directly at reception. We will charge a deposit on your account, please return the ski passes to reception when you check out, then this deposit will be deleted immediately. 
In case of illness or skiing accidents, the ski passes can only be returned at the Dorfbahn Königsleiten.

 

SKY BED

Enjoy a special kind of night at 1,600m. Look forward to a romantic overnight stay under the stars - with a glass of Bergliebe Secco Rosé Brut by Kattus, two people who love each other toast to love and togetherness. The SKY BED can be booked until the end of August, as long as the weather invites you to cuddle up outside.
The SKY BED is covered with an igloo tent, which can be closed if desired. However, we recommend enjoying the clear night open under the stars.

Our hotel and our rooms & suites are smoke-free out of consideration for other hotel guests and children (also prohibited by law | a fee of at least € 50 will be charged for non-compliance), we thank you for your understanding. You are welcome to smoke in the heated smoking lounge in front of the 5742 THE TABLE restaurant and on the hotel terrace.

A wellness loan bag with cozy bathrobes & sauna towels awaits you in your room or suite. We charge a deposit of € 80 for this. We are happy to lend you the wellness bag for the duration of your stay. Please return it to reception on the day of departure. The deposit will then be canceled/deleted immediately. If you like any of the items, you are welcome to purchase them at reception.

From our wine cellar: Would you like to enjoy a fine bottle of wine in your room or suite? You are welcome to purchase wines in our wine store at lower store prices (these wines are not intended for consumption in the restaurants | in the heartROCK | on the terraces), but are also perfect as a souvenir for those at home.
