Traditional Tatar hat fondue at the Schönmoos Alm - a culinary adventure in a rustic atmosphere with friends and family! 

The meal consists of 200g beef and turkey medallions | baked potatoes | peppers | zucchinis | mushrooms | garlic bread and various dipping sauces. A bouillon is poured into the lower part of the hat, the food can now be hung on the steel tips to cook and a convivial feast can begin.
